Sleeps 2 Stapledon Lodge
The newest of our lodges at Knapp House, Stapledon takes its name from the man who built this graceful home. In the former kitchens that provided feasts for all those country house parties in the 20's and 30's, this lodge is spacious and airy with limestone floors, beams and a large open plan living room with a wood burner. There is a lovely, full equipped modern kitchen.
It is perfect for two or as the communal space for larger parties who are staying in 2 or more of the lodges. French doors open onto a sunny private patio for al fresco dining. The king sized bedroom has a luxurious limestone tiled ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower.
